Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to the end clients (individuals) purchasing goods through the e-commerce platform in various European countries
Assistance in payments, logistics, handling complaints
Working with the CMS, various messengers etc.
Managing communications and timely resolving issues
Additionally
Translating the specifications of goods
Requirements:
Any experience in customer service position is an advantage but not necessarily required /We value strong communication skills and fast-learning personality/.
Advanced level of German with proven success in communication with native speakers.
An engaging personality with excellent written communication skills in German.
An enthusiastic, inquisitive and enterprising attitude
A fast learner who is flexible and copes well under pressure
Experience in the customer service industry is an advantage
Participation in Work & Travel programs, internships, conference appearances and abroad studies will be a big plus.
