Business Support Specialist/Executive Assistant (offline)

Responsibilities:
Business support tasks (85%)
• collecting and preparing of analytical data/research upon requests of CEO
• providing coordination for kick off meetings for projects and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aware of the tasks and deadlines required of them
• monitoring of the progress of projects allocated to staff by CEO
• fixing tasks and keeping management informed
• coordinating cooperation with internal departments

Personal Assistant tasks (15%)
• organizing and maintaining the CEO's diary and making appointments
• preparing drafts reports, letters, proposals
• dealing with correspondence, writing emails/letters and corporate documentation preparation materials for meetings, negotiations, events with participation of CEO
• informing CEO about deadlines and meetings
• organization of business and personal trips of CEO (tickets, visa support)
