IT Researcher (offline)

Required skills:

— 6+ months of experience in IT Recruitment/Sourcing
— At least Intermediate English
— Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
— Understanding of the IT market
— Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
— Having a “get things done” attitude and being result-oriented is a must for our team

Responsibilities:

— Actively source candidates using different channels;
— Review profiles and screen CVs according to vacancies requirements;
— Initial contact and communicate with candidates on a daily basis;
— Generate active candidates pipelines;
— Maintaining of the database;
— Market research.
