Middle-Senior IT Recruiter (offline)

Your Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle hiring process.
• To perform as a consultant to the Hiring manager providing in-time and expert support in candidates' pool for the relevant vacancies;
• Communicate directly with Hiring manager (Head, C-Level, etc.) on a daily basis;
• Coordinate Recruiting Agencies.

Your Skills and Qualities:
• Experience in Agencies or IT Companies.
• Good understanding of IT job market.
• Deep Knowledge of complete recruiting cycle and processes.
• Experienced in work with Middle and Senior level vacancies.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• People-oriented, proactive and self-disciplined.
