Computer Vision Engineer (offline)

Requirements:
Strong academic or industry background on computer vision including image processing;
Strong ability to write to write high quality code in Python;
Strong understanding of machine learning: you should be familiar with the process (data collection, training, evaluation, and making iterative improvements) of building effective learning systems;
Proficient in TensorFlow and PyTorch;
Practical experience in at least one of the following problems: object detection, segmentation, face recognition);
Python3, numpy, pandas, seaborn, scipy.

Will be a plus:
Practical experience with GANs is a strong plus;
Knowledge of OpenVINO.
