Senior Android Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Develop new versions of Vungle’s Android SDK which is integrated into 50,000+ apps and runs on hundreds of millions of devices
- Lead the architecture and design of SDK features to support new ad formats, high-performance real-time streaming video delivery, etc.
- Contribute to design and development of the Vungle API that supports the SDK
- Work closely with integration engineers to support various publisher apps
- Solve challenging problems in the areas of on-device caching, memory management, multi-device support and more
- Maintain SDK stability supporting multiple Android versions and devices

Skills Required:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven software development experience and Android skills development
- Proven working experience in Android app development
- Experience with Android SDK
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Git or another version control system
- Experience building libraries is a plus
