People Partner (offline)

Requirements:
— Experience in HR field from 2 years in an IT-company;
— Experience in conduction of one-on-one meetings is a must;
— Coaching skills;
— Ability to identify people’s needs and asking questions;
— Skills in building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with the staff;
— Experience in successful conflicts and issues resolution;
— Focus on opportunities rather than obstacles;
— Education in the field of Psychology as an advantage;
— At least Intermediate level of English.

Duties:
— 1-on-1 meetings conduction;
— Complex issues resolution;
— Work closely with management and people to improve employee experience, build high-performance culture and retention strategy.Design and implement new features including integrations with second and third parties;
— On-boarding and adaptation.
