DevOps Engineer / Linux Support (Poland) (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop automation and processes to enable teams to develop, deploy, manage, and configure CI/CD;
- Actively participate in high-level team activities such as suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations;
- Help solve business needs with technology by evaluating different technology options and products;
- Provide system troubleshooting and problem-solving across applications
Automate configuration/release management based on Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Bamboo, Jenkins;
- Use scripting languages like Ruby, Python;
- Develop Infrastructure as a code over public/private clouds (AWS, Azure, Rackspace) or server farm converted to a private cloud by means of such products like Cloudify.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven knowledge of and experience with Linux platform;
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash);
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, etc.);
- Understanding of virtualization concept, classification of cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS);
- English good enough to communicate with foreign customers both orally and in written.
