IT Recruiter (offline)
The main requirements are:
*Advanced level of English
*2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter responsible for the whole recruitment cycle
*Experience in direct communication with customers
*Analytical thinking
*Excellent communication skills
*The more sources you have experience in - the better
Will be an advantage:
*Experience in building/refining recruitment processes
*Experience in leading recruitment team and building/refining recruitment processes
