Обязанности
— Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies (Facebook, Twitter, Dribble etc);
— Social content creation: Compose social media posts to engage the community on a variety of platforms;
— Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews;
— Work with people on forums/Q&A sites / other online communities, attract leads to company products (Quora, SeoWarrior, Reddit, etc)
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals;
— Set up relationships with industrial media, write and distribute Press Releases about company work;
— Conduct marketing research and test the different channels of traffic acquisition via social media and communities.
