Currently, we are supporting a fantastic product team and are looking for a few dozens of Java developers who want to live and work in Poland.

We are looking for technical sourcer and recruiters.

*What you will be doing*:

- Recruiting and screening candidates for current and future positions.

- Engage and activate passive candidates

- Monitor and source on regular platforms like LI, Stack Overflow, Google, and so on. You name it ?

*We’re looking for candidates who*:

experience in the relocation of international candidates

- 2+ years of experience working in the technical sourcing with proven success metrics, either in-house or agency./ tech recruiting experience has = strong technical skills using ATS and other HR software programs for candidate management.

- confident to conduct the interview and do job posts in English
