Technical writer (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain and update technical documentation including description of application architecture, infrastructure, DB schemas, algorithms etc.
- Collaborate with technical staff and SMEs.
- Work with Jira, Confluence etc. to collect information.

Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience as a technical writer working with enterprise-level software development
- 3-5 years English language documentation authoring
- Expert in creating clear, concise language and sentence structure
- Template design experience
- Experience in API documentation
- Experience in Confluence, Office 365, and SharePoint
- Ability to research and collate background information from a variety of internal and external sources
- Writing samples required
- Excellent written and spoken English, as well as your communication skills.
- Able to focus on detail whilst explaining the big picture

Nice-to-Have Skills:
A knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience in AWS or other Cloud technologies
