Lead NOC engineer (offline)

One of the most fast growing mobile game company in the world, HQ located in Tel Aviv, Israel, looking for Lead NOC engineer to join their RnD team in Kyiv.

Key words: Linux, Clouds, Network Operation, troubleshooting

Responsibilities:
– Control, monitoring and detecting problems in the production environment;
– Mentoring, training, recruiting of NOC engineers;
– Updating and review of operation processes for the team;
– Create team schedules;
– Application troubleshooting;
– Communication and work with Product, Research&Development and Support teams for troubleshoot;
– Ensure necessary documentation for NOC activities and standards;

Requirements:
– Knowledge and experience of Linux;
– Understanding of cloud platforms;
– Understanding of Business KPIs;
– Knowledge SQL;
– Experience with NOC systems (for example
SignalFX, Google StackDriver, AWS CloudWatch, DataDog);
– Communications skills;
– English – intermediate+
– Problem-solving skills;
