Marketing Specialist (offline)

Requirements (must have) *

1. experience of 3 years in the position of marketing specialist or product manager.
2. Experience from 2 years of work with B2B, B2G segments of the IT industry (software development and integration, engineering, consulting, etc.).
3. English is an Upper-Intermediate level.
4. Experience with one of the CRM systems: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce.

Nice to have *

1. Understanding the principles of Blockchain technology, IoT.
2. Experience in projects for the implementation of technological solutions in a corporate or public sector.
3. Expertise in one of the industries: Energy, Supply Chain, eGovernment, FinTech.
4. Experience with high-tech projects.
5. Experience in organizing conferences from 100 people.
6. Knowledge of Customer Development, Lean Startup, Lean Marketing, Design Thinking.
7. Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem: Jira, Confluence.

Responsibilities *

1. Management of current, development of new sales channels and promotion of services and solutions of the company on the ASEAN and European markets.
2. Marketing support for company processes. Organization of work on the creation and promotion of content on a corporate website, blog, social networks, external information publications, conferences and email marketing.
Work with a marketing team: content manager, SMM specialist, designer.
3. The organization, planning, development of KPI work marketing department, synchronization with sales processes and R&D.
4. Operational analytics marketing channels of the company and the forecasts’ formation.
5. Studying, analysis and forecasting of the IT market, consumers, competitors.
6. Formation of the service and product line of the company.
7. Corporate brand management, including HR brand.
8. Work with external communications, maintaining affiliate programs, PR.
9. Participation in the research, educational and social projects of the company.
