Middle Ruby on Rails developer (offline)

REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge in Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Redis, TDD
Experience with Git, ElasticSearch, Memcached, Sidekiq
Jira or another similar tool
Intermediate English level
Social Network APIs (Facebook, Twitter)

WOULD BE A PLUS
Experience with Payment system, Servers (Nginx, Unicorn)
Experience with Pinterest API, Linkedin API, Instagram API
