Data Management Specialist (offline)

Project Description:
Project Management Office of a large delivery center within Luxoft seeks a Data Management Specialist. This position enables PMO to carry out its day-to-day staff management functions smoothly: to coordinate employees onboarding procedure; to keep management and financial structure up-to-date; to standardize and monitor operations staff job titles; to collect, analyze and report staff-related reports on regular basis and ad hoc requests; to coordinate and administrate internal training programs and policies.
Responsibilities:
 Actively coordinate organizational changes and onboarding procedure: ensure that financial and management structures are up-to-date, staff assignments changes are processed promptly.
 Prepare and keep updated operational staff tracker, perform verification of data to ensure its consistency and correctness, produce clear and accurate staff-related analytical reports.
 Aggregate heterogeneous data, using different corporate tools as sources and, basing on that, compile various kinds of reports.
 Support in KPI framework data gathering and verification.
Mandatory Skills:
 Ability to clearly articulate and deliver a message both verbally and by email is the must: intensive communication with management of Delivery Center is expected.
 Ability to make professionally looking reports, presentations and other materials.
 Advanced MS Office user (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
 Profound working experience with complex corporate systems.
 Proven experience of handling big amount of heterogeneous data.
 Written and oral English.
