Account manager (offline)
Responsibilities
β Proactive and positive attitude, always willing to partner with team members and colleagues along with providing white-glove service to clients
β Serve as the main point of contact on all client-related items
β Own project performance, upsell opportunities and troubleshoots any delivery issues
β Provide proactive day-to-day communication, optimization recommendations, and mid/post-project reports
β Oversee the quality of project set-up and ongoing performance against client objectives, ensuring client satisfaction is fully met
β Find opportunities to upsell services and communicate them effectively to clients
β Coordinates the strategy with the team, partnering closely with Invesp management
β Train, mentor, provide advice and direction to Account Managers and new team members
β Own special projects/initiatives assigned from Leadership
β Identify new opportunities or processes to work more efficiently both internally/externally
β Create and maintain documentation pertinent to the Account Management team.
Requirements
β BA/BS degree
β High level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
β 2+ yearsβ experience in digital media, and 1 + years in client services
β Demonstrated ability to grow accounts
β Experience with Solution Selling preferred
β Ability to manage a large book of business with multiple points of contact
β Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills
β Able to contribute to a team while working with other departments and logically prioritizing various requests and responsibilities.
β Excellent relationship management skills and a good team player
β Knowledge of the digital ecosystem/landscape and understanding of industry trends
β Well versed in digital vocabulary and media metrics math
β Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors.
β Process-oriented with strict attention to detail
β Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high- pressure situations
β Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite, brand verification partners, brand safety partners, and ad servers
β Strong cross-functional skills, including the ability to motivate and influence immediate team members and non-reporting groups to meet business objectives
β A proven track record of launching and managing campaigns and client relationships
