Billing/Invoicing/Collection Specialist (offline)

Project Description:
About the Project: one of most dynamic practices in Financial LOB
Technologies used: Avaloq, Pega, Murex, Calypso, Other Emergaing platforms
Opportunities: business trips low-possible, 0-1 during year, available internal trainings and courses

Responsibilities:
-Review of billing / invoicing terms (type, date, amount in the Contract)
-Timesheets creation, verification with Client and approvals receivable
-Sales Order creation, data verification and adjustment implementation in company's systems
-Collection of compensated expenses
- Revenue document creation
-Correction of invoices which returned from Clients
-Communication with Delivery Team, internal Departments and external Client regarding billing and invoices
- Reports preparation
- Cash collection

Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Economy or related field required
- 2* years in a similar or related role
-Advanced knowledge of Excel (Must-Have functions categories: Financial,
Statistical, Date & Time, Lookup and Reference, Logical)
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
-Experience in reporting
-High level of responsibility, result oriented, problem-solving approach
- Good communication skills
- English upper-intermediate, good written and oral skills

Possessing the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented; result-oriented environm
