SEO Specialist (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive execution and analysis PPC SEM programs to reach/exceed revenue goals and KPIs while maximizing ROAS/ROI (both online and omni).
- Develop strategic plans to drive lead generation from social media channels
- Manage SEM programs - planning, forecasting and reporting efforts for these channels.
- Be the resident expert in paid social media channels e.g. Google Adwords, Facebook, Bing and LinkedIn
- Conducting keyword research, advising on ad spend and ad placement, testing ad copy, and optimizing campaigns for lean performance.
- Manage the reporting dashboard to highlight key metrics from all social platforms including email campaigns – be comfortable with Lookback and Attribution methodologies
- Identifying SEO KPIs and completing work as needed to improve overall search performance.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results on campaign performance and keywords.
- Develop analytical reports (Google and others) to identify and drive efficient digital campaigns
- Implement other digital marketing initiatives or projects as directed by the Digital Marketing Manager

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing/SEO and Analytics required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Master’s degree a plus
- Documented experience managing SEM programs (Adwords, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn), performance marketing channels and promotions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented
- Documented ability to proactively make recommendations and successfully implement plans
