Recruiter (offline)
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience;
- Experience in direct search and headhunting in the US or European markets;
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a distributed team;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field;
- Upper Intermediate+ English;
- Strong experience in closing IT positions (Mid-Senior) or Executive roles.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the full recruitment process with minimum micromanagement and bureaucracy;
- Searching and headhunting candidates (passive & active job seekers) in the US and Europe;
- Reviewing and understanding technical job requirements;
- Supporting candidates through all stages of the hiring process, including actual adequate feedback and onboarding;
- Following up with candidates, fostering long-term relationships with them;
- Designing job descriptions for vacancies;
Participating in further improvements of the Recruitment department.
