Lead Artist (offline)

At the moment, we are writing a multi-user platform based on GTA V for the European market. Also creating own RPG game in the style of Roleplay.

And now we need a cool leading concept artist who will be responsible for creating a game and training picture: developing original characters, objects and scenes.
Our ideal candidate should have experience and “watchfulness” in the industry in order to shape the product's artistic style, as well as be creative and develop outstanding visual concepts and ideas. A concept artist should be able to work both independently and in a team with other leads, have a good artistic taste and skills. As a leader, he must motivate, mentor and supervise his team, ensure its development.

Requirements:
— Experience in a leadership position in the art department;
— Character development Experience;
— Work with light;
— Work with the environment;
— The ability to easily describe a thought on paper and quickly find references to visualize a project’s vision;
— Experience with ragdoll / spine animations.
— Experience with UX / UI;
— Experience with 2D graphics on game projects;
— Experience with animations in 2D;
— Experience working with a team of 3D specialists and the ability to give terms of reference for 3D department;
