IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks;
- Basic understanding of software development process, technologies and methodologies;
- Highly organized and experience in multi-tasking and exceptional follow through;
- English (Intermediate level);
- Experience on a similar position in an IT company/agency/as a freelancer;
- Knowledge of some searching tools/platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates by using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github..);
- Reviewing and screening CVs according to vacancy requirements;
- Working closely with HR by participating in daily sync-ups to discuss recruitment priorities, share with new ideas/improvements on how to find the best talents;
- Job market research.
