About the Company
We are hiring on behalf of our partner company, a fast-growing e-commerce platform connecting retail and wholesale buyers with suppliers globally. The company is focused on scaling its B2B operations and expanding its international partner network.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients (wholesale buyers)
- Manage and develop inbound (warm) leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting and build new partnerships
- Source and engage with suppliers (supply side)
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analytics, product, development)
- Participate in industry events and conferences
Requirements - English level: C1 or higher
- Russian: conversational level
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Understanding of e-commerce or online business is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive mindset and result-oriented approach
- High motivation to earn and grow
- Willingness to learn and develop in fintech / e-commerce
