About the Company
We are hiring on behalf of our partner company, a fast-growing e-commerce platform connecting retail and wholesale buyers with suppliers globally. The company is focused on scaling its B2B operations and expanding its international partner network.
 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients (wholesale buyers)
  • Manage and develop inbound (warm) leads
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and build new partnerships
  • Source and engage with suppliers (supply side)
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analytics, product, development)
  • Participate in industry events and conferences

    Requirements
  • English level: C1 or higher
  • Russian: conversational level
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Understanding of e-commerce or online business is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive mindset and result-oriented approach
  • High motivation to earn and grow
  • Willingness to learn and develop in fintech / e-commerce
