Python Team/Tech Lead for SaaS product startup (offline)

Currently we are looking for a Python Lead Developer who will join our Kiev development office, help us to build back-end team and develop a unique product.
Technologies and Processes We Use
Python, React, JavaScript
Modern microservices architecture
Linux, Docker, Kubernetes
DB (SQL, NoSQL)
Cloud (AWS or GCP or Azure), Serverless, Terraform, CloudFormation, CDN, FWs, WAF
Development process
Scrum like with the use of productivity tools such as JIRA and Confluence, full CI/CD using advanced tools such as jenkinsX, fully automated deployment on all environments and unit testing.

Required Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Strong background with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in JavaScript development
- Good experience of using React
- Knowledge and experience in application architecture and design
- Experience in relational and non relational database design
- Git
- Previous Experience of leading the team
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Self-driven, motivated and passionate about development
- Well organized with the ability to multitask
- CI/CD procedures

Your Role within the Project
- Making a new product from scratch
- Taking part in full software development cycle
- Making architectural decisions
- Enforcing software development best practices

- Coaching of teammates, code and solution review.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Monitor team performance
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Backend, front-end developers, Automation QA, DevOps, Architect and Project Manager

English Proficiency Requirements
We would prefer spoken and written proficiency an Upper-intermediate level

Location of the Technical Decision Makers
Kiev office will be the main development center

Vacation and Sick Days
Annual vacation - 4 weeks . Up to 20 sick days per year

Working Hours
Flexible starting time from 8 to 11 in the morning, followed by an 8-hour workdaу
