We’re looking for a Product Designer who enjoys solving real product problems and turning
complex functionality into simple, intuitive interfaces.
You will work on our SaaS products in the Atlassian ecosystem and collaborate closely with
product managers, developers, and other designers to design new features and improve
existing ones.
In this role, you’ll be involved in the product development process from understanding the
problem and exploring solutions to delivering clear UI and supporting implementation.
● Design product features and improvements for our SaaS applications
● Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
● Work closely with product managers to understand product goals and user needs
● Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
● Review implemented features and provide design feedback
● Maintain consistency with the product’s design system and UI patterns
● Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas to improve usability
● Experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role
● Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
● Ability to design clear user flows and intuitive interfaces
● Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma
● Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
● Ability to explain design decisions clearly
● Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
● English level: Intermediate or higher
● Experience designing SaaS or B2B products
● Familiarity with design systems
● Experience working in Agile product teams
● Basic understanding of frontend implementation
