Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst keen to work closely with Swiss & UK based customers, many of them Startups in a creative, fast paced and legacy-free environment.

Your main project from the start would be a global compliance platform for inter-bank communication with multiple thousand financial companies as users on a large scale. We are working with state-of-the-art technology, microservice architecture and great collaboration tools (jira & confluence).

Skills

● At least 6 months of an IT BA experience

● Requirements elicitation and analysis experience

● Ability to grasp complex business problems and formulate implementable user stories & requirements

● Experience with teams of 5+ people

● Proactive communication, you will be in direct communication with all team members and our Clients

● Excellent English level - written and spoken



Beneficial

● Highly structured personaly with ability to organise, coordinate and focus

● Experience in the financial services industry

● Experience as a Team Lead or as a QA

● Knowledge & experience about SCRUM / Agile.
