Marketing Generalist (offline)

Requirements:

• High level of leadership abilities, extensive experience and competencies for effective management of a team of 5−10 people — setting goals, overseeing development and motivation;
• Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
• Excellent writing and face-to-face communication skills;
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;
• Excellent knowledge of the current digital marketing tools;
• Previous experience in analyzing the effectiveness and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies, coming up with creative ideas for promotions;
• Setting up advertising and digital marketing campaigns;
• Managing the team, setting goals, monitoring the progress and performance;
• Organizing business processes within the marketing department and ensuring smooth cooperation with other departments in the company;
• Providing short and long-term market performance predictions, developing and implementing marketing strategies in accordance with that data;
• Overseeing Digital Marketing specialists (SMO, SMM, SEO);
• Generating high-quality leads for the sales team by tweaking content or branding to appeal to the target audience.
