Business Analyst (offline)

Необходимые навыки:
- Высшее образование
- Опыт работы на аналогичной должности или с релевантным опытом не менее 2-х лет
- Опыт участия в проектах в разных доменах
- Грамотный русский и украинский языки,  английский на уровне Intermediate
- Опыт постановки задач разработчикам
- Опыт ведения технических проектов, взаимодействия с командами разработки
- Опыт работы с Jira, Confluence
- Понимание Agile методологий

Будет плюсом:
- Опыт работы с Axure, Balsamiq, etc

Обязанности:
- Анализ существующих бизнес-процессов
- Формализация требований пользователей
- Поддержка бэклога (Jira)
- Обработка входящих требований от заинтересованных лиц
- Оценка проекта вместе с командой разработки, составление плана работ, постановка задач и контроль выполнения работ
- Первичная проработка бизнес-архитектуры проекта, разработка технического задания
- Тестирование доработок на соответствие бизнес-требованиям, оценка рисков и результатов проектов.
- Подготовка документации (архитектура проекта, ТЗ, инструкции пользователей)
