Learning and Development Manager (offline)

Key Responsibilities:

- To develop the effective training programs and policies for the organisation
- To evaluate the existing training processes, suggest changes and improvements
- To lead the training efforts of the organization
- To develop the effective system for the employees’ professional development and career pathing as a part of the HR Team
- To develop the system for tracking the employees’ training needs, trainings taken by the employees and employees’ achievements
- To plan the company’s training budget in European development centers
- Research the best outside training possibilities for the company’s people and come up with the most effective strategy for the budget planning and training-related expenses compensation
- To become an inspiring driver for the organisation’s professional development initiatives
- Keep close communications with the employees to monitor the training and development needs
- To be on top of the new professional education and training trends, methods and techniques and constantly improve the training processes
- To be a vocal advocate of personal and professional development and active public speaker on the topic
- To be a driver of the cross-department collaboration related to professional development and training initiatives
- To support all training initiatives of the organisation

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience managing training/career development programs, preferably in IT company
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to deliver presentations and trainings in English.
- Good computer and database skills.
- IT- related background is a big plus;
- Teaching experience is a plus
