Product Designer
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer with a strong background in building features for large-scale, dynamic platforms, particularly those involving short-form video, live streaming, hyper-casual games, and integrated marketplaces.
This role requires a designer who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable working within fast-paced product environments, and skilled in designing mobile-first experiences aligned with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
You will design new features end-to-end, elevate existing ones, and contribute to a unified, scalable design system. This includes maintaining an extensive component library and producing clear, structured documentation—use cases, states, edge cases, do’s & don’ts, flows, and more.
As a core member of the product team, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and content teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and high-performing experiences for millions of users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product-driven teams, blending both UX & UI responsibilities.
Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile apps, complex product flows, and feature design for high-engagement user platforms (video, streaming, gaming, marketplace preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping, component systems).
Experience with wireframing and ideation tools (Miro, FigJam) and the ability to think beyond screens — considering whole user journeys and multi-feature ecosystems.
- Deep focus on user experience: usability testing, rapid validation, team reviews, refinement sessions.
Ability to analyze requirements, structure problems, and propose clear, impactful design solutions.
- Strong understanding of:
8-pt grid, 12-column grid, spacing systems
- Design principles (DRY, KISS)
Component architecture for large-scale platforms
- Mobile platform specifics, constraints, and opportunities
Experience working within organized design–dev workflows; familiarity with Jira for task management.
- Ability to maintain design consistency across complex features and multi-team environments.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, adaptive/responsive behavior, and frontend limitations.
- Team player mindset — open to feedback, collaborative, and adaptable to existing processes.
Upper-intermediate English with confidence in participating in calls and cross-functional discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve mobile experiences for short-form video, live streaming, hyper-casual gaming, and marketplace features.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to define problems and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Create wireframes, UI mockups, flows, POCs, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Contribute to and maintain a robust design system, documenting patterns, components, and usage guidelines.
- Conduct UX research and analyze user behavior to identify problems and propose improvements.
Support branding implementation and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Participate in regular team rituals: design reviews, planning, grooming, QA sessions, and more.
Assist in ensuring smooth handoff to developers and support implementation quality.
- Perform other related tasks as part of a dynamic and evolving product environment.
