Delivery manager/Agile coach

Responsibilities

• Own delivery planning and execution across teams: scope, timelines, risks, dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily sync, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Build transparent reporting and predictability (velocity, delivery metrics, release plans).
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across SDLC.
• Support product and engineering alignment on priorities, roadmap, and trade-offs.
• Ensure high-quality release management and smooth cross-team collaboration.
• Promote strong team culture: ownership, communication, accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master / Agile Coach in software teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models).
• Proven ability to manage delivery for complex technical products.
• Experience working with engineering teams (backend, QA, DevOps, integrations).
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Data-driven mindset: experience with delivery KPIs and performance metrics.

Nice to Have

• Fintech/payments experience or work in regulated/high-load systems.
• Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams or programs.
• Certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC/ICP-ATF
