Lead Business Analyst (offline)

Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience in BA or a similar role in IT (web, mobile applications);
- Knowledge of current tendencies and trends in web and mobile product development;
- Experience in projects from scratch, full SDLC understanding;
- Strong knowledge of requirement analysis methodologies and methods;
- Experience in business planning, business strategy development;
- Experience in collaboration and negotiation with customers and development teams;
- Experience in idea visualization, understanding the main trends in modern UX/UI;
- Writing of use cases/user stories/functional specs;
- Advanced level of written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Leadership skills.

As a plus:
- Time management skills;
- Understanding of web and mobile application development process;
- Understanding of Agile: Scrum, XP, Kanban;
- Understanding of Lean Startup methodology.

Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with English-speaking clients;
- Concept analysis and defining goals of clients’ products;
- Business planning, business strategy development;
- Consulting, recommendations, suggestions about the improvement of customers’ concepts;
- Solution creation together with a System Architect;
- Development of functional specifications and sketches;
- Supporting BA Team in requirements and case management: gathering, prioritization, decomposition business requirements to functional, use case and functional case development, development of solution presentations;
- Manage BA department. Conduct interviews with candidates for BA positions, maintain expert network. Manage candidate pools;
- Maintain business analysis competency model. Ensure BA professional skills assessment and development;
- Evaluate professional knowledge of BA department members;
- Cross-project aligning of BA Team;
- Planning and managing the work of BA Team during delivery project including but not limited by the design of a work plan, setting tasks to the team, leading sync up meetings with the team;
- Risk assessment and management;
- Adjusting the delivery methodology in accordance with project/program needs and introducing it to the BA Team.
