Business Analyst / Product Owner (offline)

About the project:
Our partner has a marketing content production and distribution platform for major retailers from North America. We are searching for the person who can join the team on improvement, maintenance and customization of platform, what helps US and Canada’s retailers to store and present their content.
   
Requirements:
2+ years' experience of working on a Business Analyst / Product Owner position for an English speaking client
Significant experience in eliciting requirements
Significant experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
Good knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Familiar with Sketch or any other UI design/prototyping tool
Advanced English

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Develop configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Participate in designing, documenting and maintaining of system processes
Explore on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
Interact with the product team to share key insights and findings
Search for ways to discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
