Our mission to make recruitment accessible to everyone and help talent find their dream job anywhere in the world. We work fully remote and provide dedicated sourcing and recruitment services for a fixed fee per month for clients across the globe.

What your mission will be

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be using all available tools and your own creativity to find the best talent for our customers. You will closely work with one or several talent researchers to find, attract and interview candidates for our global customers. Your main priority is to make our customers as happy as possible by providing them with the best talent on the market that meets their criteria.

Where you will be based

Our office is located in the coworking space called Izone in Podil near Tarasa Shevchenka metro station. We like you to come to our office every day because we just simply like to work with each other. We have very flexible working hours and it is no problem to work from home on occasions when this is necessary.

How you will be measured

You will be (end) responsible to support our international clients in the best possible way.

The KPI’s will differ per customer and per role. Our customers should be impressed by the candidates you, and your team source and recruit for them. Moreover you will really built a strong relationship with our customers to the point that they can’t imagine their lives without you.

The criteria for the quantity and quality will differ per client and role you will be working on. Your work will impact our most important KPI which is customer satisfaction. On a monthly basis we track our client’s satisfaction on several criteria of which the most important question is whether they are still happy to work with us. This should always be ‘as expected or higher’. Next to realizing great results for our clients we will also ask feedback from your team members whether they actually like working with you :).

What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes we expect you to hit

First month

Your first month at MatcHR! Welcome! We will train and bring you up to speed as quickly as possible. You will go through the MatcHR sourcing and recruitment bootcamp and will join several client calls with other (senior) Talent Acquisition Consultants. We will show what it takes to be successful, look for a suitable client that fits your skills and ensure you understand the client and his needs. In your first month you will start to work for one or more clients to help them find the best talent possible.

In your first weeks we will make a 30/60/90 day plan what company goals but also personal development goals you would like to achieve.

Second month

You will work dedicated for one or more clients. You will be responsible for this client and update (senior) Talent Acquisition Consultants/management with the progress you are making. You will interact directly with your client who truly sees you as his partner. Based on the roles you are recruiting for we will establish what output you need to hit.

You will be involved in the onboarding process of new talent researchers and Talent Acquisition Consultants and tell them all about the tips & tricks you are using in your daily work and help them to become as successful as you are!

We will check whether you are on track on your 30/60/90 day plan and what areas need extra attention.

Third month

Three months in already! Time flies :). Based on the roles you are working for the targets will be set which will push you and challenge you to make sure that our customers are as happy as we are with you. If all goes well the first business trip to meet your client(s) will be scheduled to further improve your client understanding and relation.

We will check whether you are on track on your 30/60/90 day plan and already create a new 90 day plan (sorry you will never stop learning!).

Sixth month

Depending on how quickly you have grown we will discuss your responsibilities for the next 6 months. Possible outcomes could be that you will be working for several companies and roles at the same time, or work on more difficult roles. All your customers rate your level of work as ‘expected or higher’.

One year

Wow! One year at MatcHR! Something we will be celebrating for sure! After a year you will be training new sourcers and Talent Acquisition Consultants, you are the living example of making our customers very happy. We will also discuss when and if you are able to make the next step and become a senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Requirements:
University degree
2-5 years of working experience in recruitment, preferably IT recruitment
Fluent in English both in speaking and writing
