You will have a chance to recruit for a strong brand that invests a lot in recruitment and education by organizing regular Technical MeetUps and creating a laboratory with 3D printers and other high-tech features for Levi9 employees to work on their own projects. You will be able to present the company at the biggest conferences in Ukraine such as PyCon, Jee Conf, JS Frameworks days, and others.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

β€” 4+ years experience in IT recruitment;
β€” General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
β€” HR experience and creative mindset;
β€” Upper-Intermediate English level;
β€” Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player;
β€” Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
β€” Full cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions;
β€” Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates) and generate pipelines for each position;
β€” Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and communicate clear expectations of the recruiting process including interview, offer, background and onboarding;
β€” Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
β€” Develop and communicate recommendations to hiring managers based on knowledge of the markets, candidate and talent strategies;
β€” Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation as well as coaching through the hiring process;
β€” Drive diversity sourcing strategies and engage in internal and external affinity;
β€” Writing complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
β€” Assistance and participation in event management.
