IT Recruiter (offline)
Requirements:
β 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience;
β Ability to present programming technologies youβve already worked with;
β Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
β Wide network and good understanding of local IT community;
β Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines;
β Ability to find necessary information and to solve tasks youself;
β English intermediate +.
