Sales Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales;
- Fluent English (both written and spoken);
- Experience of selling to Western European and/or North American customers;
- Understanding of full-cycle selling techniques and terms;
- Experience in business correspondence;
- Interest in IT sphere and modern technologies.

Required Personal Qualities:
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, networking and interpersonal skills;
- Presentation skills;
- Proactive;
- Positive attitude;
- Good self-management skills;
- Eagerness to sell.

Will Be A Plus (but not critical):
Experience in IT sphere

Responsibilities:
- Research and develop list of potential clients;
- Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads;
- Diligently follow up on and develop sales leads;
- Establish and maintain industry and partner contacts;
- Manage existing pipeline and meet target revenue;
- Handle negotiations and close the deals;
- Manage the sales process from lead identification through close;
- Act as a solutions expert consultant in helping clients with their unique strategic initiatives;
- Maintain current sales status in CRM system;
- Present internal updates and case studies;
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
