Recruiter (offline)

*Key Responsibilities:*
Recruiting software developers, system administrators, and software analysts;
Recruiting for marketing&operations positions
Managing candidates interview process;
Participating in the global HR team, collaborating with HR managers in other locations;
Monitoring labor markets in several countries.

Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have experience as an HR recruiter in a technical company such as software development, IT, project management, R&D, or a creative industry.
Other requirements:
Fluent English and Russian are the MUST;
Any additional language (especially German and Spanish) is a big plus;
Basic skills in IT and/or software development would be a big plus;
Mature personality, strategic thinking and high social competence;
Great communication skills.


Salary:
Depending on your experience, we can offer a hourly rate + bonus, or a commission only pay.
