SysOps / DevOps (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Bring into action your skills in automating scaling, maintenance, and configuration of the servers;
- Operate the emerging technologies and tools like AWS, Ansible, Rancher, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK;
- Build centralized logging and monitoring system for PHP/JS based projects;
- Apply best security practices and tools;
- Improve current systems and components for performance and stability;
- Work in close collaboration with the development and QA teams;
- Analyze end-to-end system, give advice to developers for improving the project in their code.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience with Linux;
- Great comprehension of TCP/IP and networking concepts (firewalls, load balancers, routing, DNS);
- Great comprehension of distributed systems: cluster managers, decentralized logging and message queues;
- Proficiency in notification’s managing and monitoring systems;
- Prior experience with AWS, Rancher and Kubernetes.
- Prior experience with SCM tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef), caching tools (Redis, Varnish) and search engines (Solr, Elasticsearch);
- Skilled with scripting languages, e.g. BASH;
- Experience with deployment of magento projects would be a plus;
- Good grasp of the IT Security essence is appreciated;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
