Recruiter/HR Assitant (offline)

The role is varied and can go as far as the candidate will take it, and there is plenty of opportunity for career development. Initial tasks will involve:
- assisting HR, Legal and Finance department in their work
- undertake some administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year recruitment or sourcing experience
English - Intermediate
Attention to details
Experience and ability to work with technology, different software, and platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to use initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Posting job advertisements to various websites;
Screening incoming CV and researching for suitable candidates;
Communicating with applicants on a daily basis with some guidance and supervision;
Schedule interviews;
Helping to manage on boarding and off boarding procedures;
Helping to develop performance review, staff retention, motivation and other policies and standard documents;
Assisting with administrative, research or coordinative tasks in Legal and Finance department.
