Head of Marketing and Lead Generation (offline)

Requirements:

● 5+ year of experience in IT company with similar responsibilities
● At least upper-intermediate English level
● Proficient with marketing automation tools, with an advanced knowledge
● Deeply analytical, able to report on performance metrics while also able to dig in and identify opportunities for improvement
● Ability to present analysis and provide recommendations
● Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Understanding of marketing principles resulting in branding building, driving traffic and revenue
● Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, and conversions
● Passionate about lead generation, marketing automation and working with sales
● Attentive to detail and great organization skills
● Deadline oriented and focused on maintaining project timelines effectively and communicatively
● Results oriented and enjoy a fast-paced environment
● Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
● Communicates and presents ideas effectively
● Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes
● Quickly learns new technologies, software, processes and concepts




Responsibilities:

● Development and execution of inbound and outbound lead generation campaign
● Generate inquiries and grow the sales pipeline by developing generation programs across a variety of product offerings and marketing programs
● Research, design and help manage lead generation tactics, with the emphasis on optimizing campaigns to increase engagement and response rates that drive leads, pipeline and revenue
● Measure, analyze and report on the impact of programs
● Define and segment clients and prospects to determine appropriate outreach strategies
● In addition, flawlessly execute pre, during and post campaign launch experience that drives lead generation, opportunity volume, and pipeline creation.
● Curate digital marketing assets (videos, images, logos & marketing documents)
● Assist in the implementation and management of our CRM
