HR assistant (offline)

Requirements:
- at least 1 year experience in IT Recruitment or HR Management;
- understanding of recruitment process and IT specializations (such as Developers, Data Scientists, QA, Product managers etc.);
- strong communication skills;
- good level of English (ability to communicate with foreign colleagues, partners in written form and orally).

Responsibilities:
- performing full cycle of recruitment (Search, pre-screening, interviewing, scheduling internal technical interviews, preparing job offers);
- collaboration with recruitment agency;
- organize adaptation process for newly hired employees;
- formation HR process such as motivation, adaptation, 1:1 meetings and other;
- provide support to all employees regarding all HR related issues;
- administrative tasks and organisation of day-to-day processes in the office;
- communication with suppliers.

Salary 800 у.е.
Full time in Kyiv office.
