Windows System Administrator (Helpdesk) (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintenance of workstations, office equipment and ensuring their efficiency
2. Technical support of users
3. Ensuring network operability (monitoring, installation of SCS)
4. Maintenance of technical documentation and interaction with providers of IT services
5. Maintenance of access control systems and video surveillance

REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1+ years of relevant experience as a system administrator, administrator of web servers
2. Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Terminal, RDP, distribution of user rights in the local network
3. Basic knowledge of working principles of the network protocols (TCP/IP) and computer networks (Ethernet)
4. Competency in identifying and eliminating network issues
5. Excellent communication skills, stress resistance
