We are looking for a highly-motivated Junior Operations Manager to join our professional team.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in fintech/gaming or relevant area
• Advanced English
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Basic understanding of technical aspects related to payment methods is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing partners
• Follow up with the partners on the regular basis
• Communicate regularly to foster collaboration and achieve mutual business objectives
• Provide timely assistance and support to partners in resolving queries or issues
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
• Work towards initiating and increasing traffic and revenue through effective communication
• Manage relationships with testers, ensuring effective communication and feedback loops
• Prepare and draft contracts, agreements, and amendments with counterparties
• Ensure all legal and business requirements are met in collaboration with the legal team
• Collaborate with the technical team for the integration and activation of payment methods
• Facilitate smooth communication between operations and technical teams
• Monitor and analyze traffic patterns to identify opportunities for optimization
• Coordinate the distribution channels to maximize revenue and performance
