Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong customer focus, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the betting and gambling industry. 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
  • In-depth knowledge of the B2B sales process and best practices;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal;
  • Proven successful sales track record;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and trends.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and expand market share in the iGaming industry;
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, managing and monitoring each stage: lead generation, initial discussions, commercial negotiations, contract negotiation, signed agreements, integration;
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets;
  • Create and prepare project proposals, generate and prepare sales plans;
  • Accurately communicate risks and opportunities to each assigned customer;
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and forecasts for management review;
  • Apply own expertise to innovate processes, services and solutions.

 

Work Conditions:

  • Vacation: 22 working days per year;
