Sales Representative/Conference manager

 

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Conference/Event Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will focus on nurturing and converting leads generated from conferences and events. You will be responsible for managing relationships with agents and ensuring that all sales opportunities from these leads are maximized. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads generated from conferences, meetings, and events, and work to convert them into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, ensuring that they are effectively supported and motivated to drive sales.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and approaches for converting conference leads into long-term business.
  • Provide agents and leads with detailed information on products, services, and offerings to support sales conversion.
  • Track and report on the success of leads generated from conferences, providing insights into areas for improvement and growth.
  • Manage all aspects of the post-conference sales process, from initial inquiry to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with marketing and event teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM systems.

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead management, or conference follow-up.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with agents and clients.
  • Experience working with CRM systems to track and manage leads.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities at once.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
