Senior PowerApps Developer

Location: Remote (US EST time, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
English Level: Excellent communication skills required

Experience: 7+ years in development, 5+ years with PowerApps

Job Description:

The Compliance Solutions team seeks a Senior PowerApps Developer to develop and support custom Microsoft PowerApps systems. The role involves full SDLC participation, from gathering requirements to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance PowerApps applications.
• Design web-based apps using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Perform database development (queries, views, procedures).
• Migrate legacy applications to PowerApps.
• Work with SharePoint lists/SQL Server as data sources.
• Develop Power Automate flows for data manipulation, permissions, and notifications.
• Create and manage SharePoint sites and lists.
• Document technical architecture and user processes.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements.

Preferred Skills:

• Power BI integration within SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Web development (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML).
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Tasks:

• Maintain existing PowerApps/Power Automate/SharePoint solutions.
• Support business needs and document architecture.
• Collaborate with users and teams to enhance solutions.
