Rust/Python/Node.js/.NET developer of HFT trading strategies

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Go/Rust/Python/Node.js/.NET Developer to join our rapidly growing Research and Development (R&D) team. In this role, you will be a key player in exploring and testing new ideas related to cryptocurrency trading, blockchain analysis, and decentralized finance (DeFi). You will be responsible for rapidly prototyping, experimenting, and validating concepts that can potentially revolutionize our existing strategies or open up entirely new avenues for growth. You will work alongside experienced crypto engineers and have the opportunity to significantly influence the direction of our R&D initiatives. The perfect candidate will be passionate about the crypto space and be able to develop quick PoCs.

Responsibilities:

• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly develop proof-of-concept applications and tools to test new hypotheses and strategies in the crypto market.
• Research and Experimentation: Explore and evaluate emerging Web3 technologies, blockchain protocols, and DeFi platforms.
• Data Analysis: Implement solutions for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets from various cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain networks.
• Integration: Work with existing systems and APIs to integrate new prototypes and features into our core platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers and researchers to brainstorm ideas, share findings, and contribute to the overall R&D roadmap.
• Stay Current: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.

• Independent Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, demonstrating a strong ability to find creative solutions.

   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with the stack of your choice
• Experience with developing HFT strategies in crypto (onchain and CEX)
• Software Development Principles: Knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, Clean Code, KISS, YAGNI, and DRY.
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Miner Extractable Value (MEV)
• Having own trading bots
