Python Lead Engineer to $4000

We are looking for:
An experienced Python Lead Engineer who will not only develop the backend, but also perform devops tasks and, if necessary, help as a technical lead.

US schedule. Working hours from 04:00 pm to 00:00 am EET;

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Python development.
• DevOps experience: CI/CD setup, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.
• Understanding of web application and microservice architecture.
• Basic knowledge of stacks: WordPress, React, Node.js, Flutter.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
• Strong Git skills and experience with GitFlow.
• Team management skills and ability to make technical decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Development and support of the backend in Python.
• Performing DevOps tasks (server configuration, deployment, monitoring).
• Optimizing application and database performance.
• Partial closure technical issues, consulting the team (React, Node.js, Flutter, WordPress).
• Participation in the development of architecture and decision-making regarding the technology stack.
