Senior Android Developer (RAI)

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our fast-paced team working on innovative monetization products. Our team focuses on the tools for moderation of posts, comments and replacing manual reviews with new AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
 

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy and build novel products and features that our users will love;
• Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be reviewing code and design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks;
• Set and define standards that improve developer workflows, recommend best practices, and help coach and mentor engineers on the team to further their professional development;
• Continuously learn and improve your technical and non-technical abilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years mobile development experience with multiple parts of the Android stack;
• Experience with Jetpack Compose strongly preferred;
• Experience with Сoroutines, Dagger, Room, Glide;
• Ability to design and implement complex distributed systems operating under high load.

Nice to have:
 

• Experience developing customer-facing applications is preferred;
• Thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and act like a startup CEO.

Working conditions:
Overlap until 11:00 AM PST is required on a daily basis.
